Our theme for January:

Milk bellies and leakage protection!

We have an amazing new project with Pampers Nappy Pants coming up soon that’s all about preventing leakages to help you and your little one get an uninterrupted night’s sleep. You see, after a night-time feed, your little one’s belly expands and as the night goes on it shrinks again. We call it the ‘milk belly’ effect and it can cause ordinary nappies to gap and leak.

Pampers Nappy Pants fit snug to your little one’s tum and adjust as their milk belly rises and falls. Want to experience this for yourself? Well you can do so by performing the Milk Belly Tests. As usual, these tips and tricks are not just for ourselves, but we hope to share them with our parent pals so that they too can experience the benefits of Pampers leakage protection.

The Milk Belly Test:

  1. Find a balloon at home – they’re usually in the bits and bobs drawer
  2. Blow up the balloon to a size a little bigger than your babies belly after a feed
  3. Place your Pampers Nappy Pant around the balloon
  4. Let a little air in and out of the balloon to mimic the ‘milk belly’ effect
  5. Shake the balloon gently to see how snuggly the Nappy Pants fits
  6. Make a short video of Boomerang of your Milk Belly Test and post on Instagram OR Facebook with the hashtags #PampersSquad and #PampersMilkBellyTest, and tag the Pampers Team with @pampersuk_ire
  7. Caption your videos with a few words explaining the leakage protection performance of Pampers nappy pants
  8. Share your Moments with fellow squaddies – you can do so via the link below

We can’t wait to see your videos and to choose a Moment of the Month winner who, as always, will receive a months supply of Pampers nappies.

Thank You Midwives

I wrote this post the raise awareness for all that midwives do. I wouldn't have got through my pregnancy without mine especially my hospital midwife Mandy Lisle in Nevill Hall she deserves so much that I wish I could give because I don't know where I would have been without Her! Midwives and amazing people!

Thank you midwives

We are so lucky to have outstanding dedicated midwives around the clock looking after us parents and helping us deliver our babies! I'd like to especially thank Helen and Chloe for helping me safely deliver my special little rainbow baby nine months ago at Yeovil Women's Hospital on the 70th anniversary of the NHS, they truly were amazing! So many thanks to them.

My elder one is 9 now and the younger one is 2. Pampers was our brand then and it is now. Must say it was the best 9 years ago with no leakages and must say the brand has really improved the quality and softness over these years.

My little boy is coming 11 months soon and changing nappy was one from the worst. Everytime we started he screamed ad wriggle like mad, running away as soon as I took dirty nappy away. When we start playing with wriggle mat and masks, he stopped running away and changing nappy is more fun, still scream sometimes though. X

My little girl is now nearly 10 months old and I still think about all the amazing work my midwife did. She was so helpful. Even when I was have a panic attack and wanting to go and pretend like I wasn't in labour (like that can happen 😂) She was calming and help me relax and get through it all. Best midwife I had and I had 6 throughout my whole pregnancy!

#WriggleWrestle #PampersSquad
The youngest was having none of it with the masks but her big brother wanted to join in the fun too so he was making changing time fun for his sister by making funny faces with the masks, though the pants seem comfy on my little girl I have found that they sometimes leak out but they are quicker and easier to get the change done due to being stretchier 🤔

#wrigglewrestle we haven’t won the wriggle wrestle 😢 we were a little disappointed to find the nappy pants just didn’t seem to fit my daughter well. They were too loose around the waist and legs. She still managed to wriggle away and found it easier to put a standard nappy on her. I shared with a friend who loved them and has now converted to them. You win some you, you lose some.

Pampers nappies are brilliant for a leak proof dry sleep

Mumma won the wriggle wrestle they fitted lovely on my little girl and for this little wriggler I managed to put the nappy pants on even when she does her “im laying on my front” protest

Thanks pampers for letting us take part In the #wrigglewrestle

Pampers Pure Wipes are the best for us! I recommend it! Now at Asda for just £1.80)

mzen2008 Verified 11/07/2019 - 12:50

Sorry to say they're not as good as Pure range. They smell nice but too dry for me to use
