Aaah just read the Ts and Cs. Valid only to people who have never scanned the respective product. Although I’ve never scanned the premium protection(purple pack) before and that code doesn’t work for me either

Following my complaint on here about these vouchers and the Christmas voucher I got three emails from customer services saying that points would be added to the app to make all the none working vouchers good… as you can imagine, a week later and my points balance is the same as it was. The Christmas voucher I now realise just kept processing as zero points. Today I tried the Ninjamas voucher (from this current promotion, the only one that it allowed me to claim) in Tesco. You only have 20 minutes to use it once activated so, I got to the till and clicked on the voucher only to get ‘sorry, we’ve run into some technical issues, but we’re working to fix them.’ Are you actually working to fix anything Pampers? The app, the coupons… it’s all rubbish, over promised and no delivery. I was furious to say the least at this latest debacle. If you want feedback, here it is: ANGRY, DISILLUSIONED, IGNORED! From the other feedback on here, I’m not the only one. You sure know how to turn your promotors into detractors!

Fully agree with everything mumble007 has said above so thankyou mumble you've saved me having to type it all out.
This debacle is not doing the pampers brand any good what so ever, my 4 granddaughters age 2, 6, 8 and 9 could easily do a better job running this squad and your app.
