Sleep a little easier with Pampers 🌜

How did you sleep last night? Did your little one sleep through, or is that the stuff of dreams? It may seem like the perfect skit for a stand-up routine, but if you're a parent, sleep deprivation is very real.

Pampers have teamed up with comedian and dad of two boys, Chris Ramsey, to talk all things sleep. Chris and wife Rosie chat to parenting and sleep experts about their experiences, and receive some invaluable hints and tips from them. Head on over to the dedicated sleep page now to get some real, actionable sleep tips 💡 that you can put in place right away.

Save your sleep from the dreaded poonami with Pampers 💩

Young babies waking during the night for a feed or a cuddle is par for the course, but your baby needn’t wake up because their nappy has leaked. Pampers are on a mission to get you as much sleep as possible and that’s why not only do Pampers Baby-Dry instantly absorb wetness for up to 12 hours, they also feature a revolutionary Stop & Protect pocket to prevent leaks at the back.

Ready to have your say? 💭

Fab! Share your thoughts, questions (or even hilarious poonami stories) in the comments below and we’ll be in touch via email if you’re one of the lucky winners.

Lucky winners will be announced on 12th February! Full competition terms and conditions can be found here.

@all: What's your go-to tip for a good night's rest and which Sleep Savers tip did you find the most helpful?

The best nappies for the child to sleep

Natalie90 • 05/02/2024 - 15:01

My little boy wasn’t hardly sleeping i purchased some kids pillow spray and downloaded the moshi app and he now settles all night long

Before the bedtime routine we have a dance party to really get out all that excess energy! Works a dream and our little one is ready for bed after bath and book time, also a great way to get a little workout in when the gym hasn’t been visited in a while!

Firsttimemummyy • 05/02/2024 - 15:02

It’s really silly and basic level but making sure it’s on properly and all is how it should be. Making it super comfy for little one and also that it’s equal either side when up and secure.
Never had issues with these.

A clean nappy a tired out baby and a full nights sleep for all

Nezha • 05/02/2024 - 15:03

Best nappy for my baby .and use pillow spray .

Becky_ep • 05/02/2024 - 15:04

Routine and naps were key! A lack of day sleep and being overtired always leads to disrupted nights and early wakes the next day for us

BabyMoma Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:04

You know your baby best, so whether it’s pillow sprays, bath time routine, massage, a good story, a warm bottle, late bedtime/early bedtime or you have a child like mine where you have tried them all and sometimes 1 or none of them work on any given day- cut yourself some slack, know these things are a season and they too will pass :-)

Giving a warm shower and put his nappy and put light down low and read a story for him

Childs Farm tangerine bedtime bubbles! First time we used it we had a family bath and it sent all of us in to a really deep sleep

Jolijoli • 05/02/2024 - 15:05

Had to change Pampers nappies when travelling to other brand, and our baby had poo disaster at night :D For us good night sleep = Pampers nappies at all times xx

Once our little dude was over 1 and eating regularly we started doing 'supper' before bed. He either has some porridge or 2x weetabix about 30mins before bedtime. This helps him not wake up hungry.
We don't do baths every night because he has eczema but always moisturise and do a little massage before bed.

Dia8930 Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:06

Bubbles and warm milk before sleep, the nappies lasted for more than 12h even after he had a morning poo after he woke up :)

SoFlow0023 Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:08

We swear by Johnson's bedtime bath, the purple one! Straight into a nappy and pyjamas and a light massage. As well as a light changing bulb and a night light projector!
He gets at least 7 hours a night and at best he can sleep 11 hours and he's been doing so since he was 10 weeks.

Kira-Warner • 05/02/2024 - 15:09

We have one. Hold who loves to sleep with rain sounds on and has a cup of milk in bed and another (younger) who has Lulabies with a warm bottle of milk and a small ambient night light, we keep it super chilled and relaxed in his room. He sleeps amazingly and the only nappies he doesn't leak through are pampers!

Hannah79 • 05/02/2024 - 15:09

We tried all brands of nappy’s but pampers were the only ones that didn’t leak at night. Always used pampers since about 2 months old. Good value for money too!

Dreasara Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:10

Create a bed routine it is what worked for us

Letsy303 Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:10

I wish I had more top tips other than a full tummy, good nappy on correctly and a lot of HOPE!!
But one day we will get there. Wouldn’t be without pampers though for sure, day or night !

MIHAELAB • 05/02/2024 - 15:10

I am lucky enough to have a baby that sleeps pretty decent. We have our routine that so far worked miracles. A clean nappy is always a win and we are getting through loads of them. Happy baby happy mommy.

Willieversleep Verified 05/02/2024 - 15:11

Pillow spray! Lavender. Been using it about 2 weeks now. Made such a difference. Much happier momma!!
